Craft Enterprise
Work with other people, gain qualifications and have some fun
Who is it for?
Secondary school aged pupils and beyond
What will I do?
You will form a business group that makes, sources and sells craft goods and exclusive food products
Learn skills in some or all of:
Unique crafts
Original food preparation methods
Design and manufacture
Marketing
Business management
Finance planning
Retailing
How long will it take?
12 hours a week, for approximately 12—16 weeks.
Where will it lead?
You will learn a variety of skills, and be able to add the experience to your CV. The work you do on this project will be entered for a recognised qualification, showing what you have learnt. Employers and educators value projects such as this, that show them what you are capable of.
We will work with you to cover units in:
Literacy
Maths
Teamwork
Craft & Manufacturing
